Since 1975 Avalon-Carver has been providing alcohol and drug abuse services in some of the housing developments of Los Angeles. Services include substance abuse treatment, parenting, HIV and AIDS education and supportive services for the entire community. Programs are located at Pueblo Del Rio, Nickerson Gardens and Imperial Courts.
